She studied engineering and pursued a career in the field for several years before realizing that it wasn’t quite what she had imagined for herself.
Her love for helping others and building lasting relationships led her to the field of dentistry, and she began dental school at the age of 30. She received her doctorate of dental surgery from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and she hasn’t looked back since. She has been practicing dentistry now for over 20 years.
